Dakine backpacks are the best!

I just want to share something with everyone about Dakine backpacks. My son got a Dakine backpack at least 7 years ago. That backpack has gone everywhere with him. He has used and abused that backpack like no other. Well, after all of the use the zipper started to pull away from the backpack. I was concerned because we no longer had a receipt but I knew that they had a great warranty so I emailed them. The very same day I got a reply and they asked me to send them to product # off the tag inside the backpack. I did so and got another immediate reply with an RA # and an address to send the backpack back. We sent the backpack back last week and today received an email saying that since they no longer make that backpack so my son should pick out and new one and they would mail it to him. Well, the backpack is already on it's way to my son who is away at college now and Dakine said he should have it within 2 days. Now that is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never seen a company stand behind their product the way Dakine does. Believe me a Dakine backpack is well worth the money. You may think it's a little high but think about it- who else has a warranty like that? Thanks Dakine
